5. Payments, Bookings, and Cancellations

Payments for coaching packages and sessions are required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations or rescheduling:
• More than 24 hours’ notice – you may reschedule without penalty
• Less than 24 hours’ notice – the session may be forfeited
• No-shows – considered a forfeited session

Payment plans must be honoured according to the agreed schedule.

We do not provide:

• Legal advice
• Financial or tax advice
• Therapeutic counselling
