Start Strong Business Coaching – Refund Policy

At Start Strong Business Coaching, all coaching services, programs, digital products, and strategic sessions are delivered with the intention of providing high-quality guidance, support, and value. Because these services require time, resources, preparation, and in many cases immediate access to materials or coaching support, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, bookings, or programs.

By purchasing a service or booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.
Payments for coaching services, digital resources, strategy sessions, programs, and packages are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Change in personal circumstances
• Failure to attend a booked session
• Failure to complete a program
• Perceived lack of results (as outcomes depend on your participation and implementation)

2. Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not refundable.

3. Commitment and Responsibility

Coaching outcomes vary from person to person. While we provide guidance, support, and practical tools, the results you experience depend on your own effort, participation, and follow-through.

4. Digital Products and Online Materials

Once access to any digital or online resource has been granted, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

5. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, all instalments must be paid in full.
Non-payment may result in paused access to coaching services or materials until payments are up to date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare, severe, or unforeseen situations, Start Strong Business Coaching may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or rescheduling option. This is not guaranteed and is assessed case by case.
