Ongoing Monthly Coaching Support

Cancellation Policy

To keep sessions running smoothly and to ensure every client receives the support they need, the following booking policies apply: Session Bookings All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your booking is complete. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email or by contacting me. Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or counted as a completed session, depending on your coaching package. This helps protect time set aside specifically for you. No-Shows If you do not attend your booked session and no notice is given, the session will be marked as completed. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show. Payment Program fees and one-off sessions must be paid prior to your first appointment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Ongoing coaching clients are billed monthly. Technology Requirements (for Zoom sessions) Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are able to join the session on time. If technical issues occur on my end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Communication All clients receive email support according to their package. Messages will be responded to during business hours, Monday–Friday. Respectful Conduct Start Strong Business Coaching is a supportive, professional environment. Clients are expected to engage respectfully and uphold a positive coaching relationship.
